Hon Hai confirmed the construction of LED production base in Wuhan

TOM Francisco September 26th, Hon Hai officially confirmed the establishment of LED production base in Wuhan, the Wuhan and East Lake Development Zone, Hon Hai has signed a contract. This is Hon Hai's second investment in Wuhan.

Foxconn but did not disclose specific details of the investment. The first investment of up to $1 billion, including: precision abrasives, digital cameras, LCD monitors, etc..

Data show, LED industry will enter a period of rapid growth, this year the global industrial value will reach $7 billion. The Chinese mainland market reached at least 4 billion yuan, an increase of up to 70%.
