Hua Guang optoelectronic order Thomas Swan CCS reaction room production highlights GaN LED

July 17, 2007, the newly established Wuhan HC semitek (HC SemiTek) company has received and delivered the first 19 x 2 inch Thomas Swan CCS MOCVD equipment, the equipment will be installed in Huacan new factory in Wuhan, for the production of (HB) GaN LED highlighted. Huacan said the company's strategic plan is the ability to obtain rapid development of manufacturing HB GaN LED, and CCS Thomas equipment with Swan is a key step in the plan. Wuhan Huacan technology team has been using CCS MOCVD reaction chamber experience, understand the MOCVD has high stability, good flexibility, consistency and production capacity. Based on this, China can choose to buy CCS MOCVD AIXTRON, and look forward to the rapid response of the local support to ensure the realization of the goal as soon as possible.
