The meeting stressed the need to increase efforts to promote flat-panel display technology progress, accelerate the development of flat panel display project. To grasp the trend of the international transfer of the module industry, increase the intensity of the introduction of flat panel display projects and advanced technology, good digestion, absorption and re innovation, extend the industrial chain, accelerate the upgrading of the province's color TV industry. To do a good job in the development of OLED technology, manufacturing and commercial applications, to provide common technical support to accelerate the upgrading of small size display. To further improve the enterprise as the main body, the combination of research and innovation system, give full play to the strength of institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions, organization of project implementation and industrial collaboration, joint research. The provincial government decided to start the development of special funds to support the integration of LCD TV manufacturing and OLED cooperation in research and development of science and technology project grants.
