PT4105 by Huarun powtech (Shanghai) fixed frequency voltage mode buck for high power LED lighting applications integrated circuit Co. Ltd. newly developed, the input voltage is up to 18V, built-in power MOS, the maximum output current is up to 1A, can be in a wide input voltage range (single 1W drive current 350mA) or 3W (current 700mA) or LED, all kinds of high-power LED series / parallel combination.

PT4105 internal use of PWM control, the feedback voltage is only 200mV, has very high conversion efficiency, including undervoltage lockout, overheat protection, current limiting protection function, use convenient design, simple peripheral circuit, is an ideal choice for multi cell battery flashlight, automobile auxiliary lighting, home decoration lighting, miner's lamp and other applications.
