IDT Freescale Semiconductor timing acquisition Carle solutions business

IDT company has announced the day before the price of $35 million acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor timing Carle solution. This transaction was initiated by the Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc. (ICS) prior to the merger with IDT, while the 10 year cross license agreement between ICS and Freescale Semiconductor was also incorporated into the IDT. The acquisition will expand IDT's product line as well as silicon based communications timing solutions and strengthen its professional position in the field.

The clock line of innovative, high performance acquisition involves solutions for network, server, storage and memory clock of the market, including the communication system based on processor clock synthesizer with clock, server, and for cost sensitive and high value of application of industry standard clock products.
