ILight sued two companies infringing LED patent technology

ILight a company headquarters in Canada LED lighting manufacturer, has two companies of litigation. The lawsuit alleges that the two companies violated several patents on LED lighting Plexineon products developed by iLight in 2000. The two lawsuits were filed against the Tivoli lighting company and Fallon Luminous Corporation in the lighting market in the central region of Tennessee. Tivoli is a joint venture between North American Targetti and China Neo- Neon Limited by Share Ltd. ILight said Tivoli had copied Plexineon products and ignored iLight's patent rights in the United states. ILight also said that its manufacturers have been represented by the negative impact of Tivoli's behavior, some iLight customers believe that the company's products are produced by iLight Tivoli.

ILight, President and chief executive officer Susan Larson said, many of our sales representative requirements of our intervention to protect them in various regional sales of Plexineon lighting products without others infringement of iLight company. ILight has repeatedly notified Tivoli and its joint venture holders, North American Targetti and China Neo- Neon Limited by Share Ltd, but they do not face up to the problem. ILight co founder and chairman Mark Cleaver said, iLight company spent a lot of time and money to develop this patented technology, we do not allow other companies to copy it.

As for Fallon Luminous, we have customers to complain to us about the infringement of Fallon's LED signage lighting. ILight's patented Plexineon technology to produce a unique LED small sign lighting solutions to replace the old generation glass neon lights, iLight in April 2005 and December to Fallon Luminous, pointed out that the infringement, but Fallon Luminous has continued infringement.
