In the United States District Court of Delaware Arias accused TTE Technology and TCL Muiltimedia patent infringement

August 8, 2016, Nichia Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Asian") sued in the U.S. District Court of Delaware sued the U.S. LCD TV distributor TTE Technology, Inc., LCD, Technology and TTE TV maker, Inc. TCL Multi-media Technology Holdings's parent company, Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "TCL group"), the TCL group claims against its U.S. 7855092nd, 7901959, and 7915631 patent No. 8309375; and may apply to the court for an injunction issued by Nichia, ban TCL Group sales and distribution involving infringement of LCD TV products, such as 48 Inch LED TV (model 48FD2700). And in this lawsuit Nichia claim damages.
