In order to further promote the construction of city landscape lighting in our city, improve the enthusiasm of the owners of building landscape lighting, landscape lighting facilities to promote the maintenance management, run to establish a long-term management mechanism, ensure the lighting effect, these Interim Measures are formulated.

First, as mentioned in the present measures include: city landscape lighting construction (structure) of building decoration lighting, plaza lighting, city municipal public facilities decorative lighting, green lighting, community park lighting, city sculpture lighting and commercial lighting etc..

Two, the Municipal Urban Management Bureau is responsible for organizing the implementation of these measures.

Three, in the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone landscape lighting system planning" within the scope of the provision of landscape lighting facilities, the maintenance costs and electricity charges may be given appropriate subsidies by the municipal government.

Four, the maintenance costs and electricity subsidies by the Municipal Finance Department approved, the city administration included in the annual budget.

Five, the city landscape lighting maintenance fees and electricity subsidies object and standards.

(a) the object and standard for the construction of landscape lighting facilities.

1 administrative organs, full funding institutions and entertainment buildings, shopping malls and advertising, signboards, shop windows, stores, landscape lighting shall not subsidize maintenance fees, electricity bills.

2 financial institutions, the hotel will not subsidize maintenance fees, electricity subsidies 50%.

3 office subsidies maintenance fee of 50%, the subsidy tariff of 50%.

4 residential buildings, commercial and residential subsidies maintenance fee of 80%, electricity subsidies of $80%.

5 other building subsidy maintenance fee 50%, subsidy tariff of 50%.

(two) subsidies and standards for newly built landscape lighting facilities.

Since the release date of the implementation of these measures, and in the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone landscape lighting planning system" within the scope provided by the property unit (owners) city landscape lighting facilities construction, renovation, by the city administration after verification, according to the following criteria and scope of subsidies.

1 places of entertainment, shopping malls and advertising, signs, shop windows, store lighting shall not subsidize maintenance fees, electricity bills.

2 residential buildings subsidy maintenance fee of 100%, the subsidy tariff of 100%.

3 other types of building subsidies maintenance fee of 80%, electricity subsidies of $80%.

The above fees shall be paid for two years from the date on which it is put into use, and shall be executed in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (1) of this article since third.

Six, urban landscape lighting maintenance and electricity subsidies amount calculation method:

(a) the maintenance fee subsidies to the amount of investment: 8% as subsidy calculation base (landscape lighting facilities responsible for the maintenance of the proportion for the city administration and maintenance expenses and construction investment ratio), maintenance fee subsidy amount is calculated as follows: landscape lighting facilities investment by 8% by the proportion of subsidies.

(two) the amount of electricity subsidies: electricity subsidies mainly by each unit (owners), the total load of landscape lighting facilities lighting time and the proportion of subsidies is determined, the calculation formula is as follows: the total load of landscape lighting facilities set light time * * * the proportion of electricity price subsidies.

Seven, maintenance fees and the actual amount of electricity subsidies with the owners of the lighting effect, the light time directly linked.
