International climate organization and Tianjin semiconductor lighting alliance signed a strategic cooperation memorandum

In March 9, 2009, the international organization of global climate and city project technical director Mr. Philip, director of strategic partners and China Ms. Jiang Lian City and regional leadership development director Mr. Wang Chengbo visited Tianjin City, the two sides of Tianjin city as a global low-carbon demonstration city reached a cooperation agreement.
