Japan PATLITE display the new LED lighting control system in the "exhibition" on 2007

CLF is developed as a substitute for fluorescent lighting (Figure 1). It is covered with aluminum alloy shell with polycarbonate cover, and the inner structure is protected by the silicon covering layer, and is made according to the safety grade IP67. Color temperature can reach 6500 ~ 7500K, which is equivalent to bright sunshine in the afternoon, easy to identify the processing. Illuminance in the distance object 50cm can reach 1940lx, suitable for fine work, with 100mm and 200mm two lengths of the lens, in order to facilitate installation on the device design.

The LMC type is characterized by the occurrence of component unit off, and so on, when the indicator light is not bright, can be connected to other indicators such as external light (Figure 2). For example, when an exception occurs, the external connection turns out of the rotary lamp, or text information shows that the element unit is off". The utility model can be used as an indicator light when the device is abnormal, and the utility model can be used for double safety functions.

Equipped with wireless component unit indicator, using the wireless specification "Zigbee" (Figure 3). This indicator has been positioned in the field of the new generation of lighting companies focus on business. The new system sends the operation information of the equipment in the wireless way by the indicator light installed on the device, which can be collected by PC, so as to manage the operation rate of the device and realize the balanced supply of the electric power. When the wireless component unit is far away from the PC, it can be transmitted by other wireless components. Since it is possible to automatically search for the best path, it is convenient to use the factory in a way that often changes the layout. In the absence of obstacles in the middle, the communication distance between the components is 70m. In the actual production line, the communication distance can reach about 1/2. At present, the company is using the system in the mold factory experiment.

In addition, the company also exhibited the following products: the brushless motor, life of up to about 5 times the previous product LED revolving light "SKHEM" "RHEM" "RKEM" (Figure 4); in the RS485 production management mode and the main connection communication indicator indicator board "VE25-304S" VE100-304S "" (Figure 5); support MP3 and can use the memory card to change the alarm voice information "type RFV" (Figure 6).
