Allegedly, Japan will suspend production of incandescent bulbs in the next 3 years. According to the Kyoto Protocol on reducing greenhouse gas emissions requirements, from 2008, the government will strengthen the implementation of the family and the office of greenhouse gas emission reduction measures. If all households use all of the fluorescent lamp, its greenhouse gas emission reduction effect, equivalent to 1.3% of total household greenhouse gas emissions, a total of about 2 million tons.
