LED manufacturer Arima to increase production capacity

LED manufacturers in Taiwan Arima company in the acquisition of 67% AET shares after the LED monthly production capacity from the current 500 million to 650 million. The AET company has 13 production of AlGaInP LED and Blu ray LED equipment. In the acquisition agreement, Arima company's monthly sales of over 3000 million Taiwan dollars, monthly production of AlGaInP LED and Blu ray LED capacity are increased by 4500 and 3500. Two companies have reached a consensus on acquisitions, AET per share exchange of 3.588 Arima shares. In addition, the recent shipments of 4 and 7 inch LED backlight module Arima will be close to NT $800 million in sales in this new field and this year's overall sales could reach $32 to $4 billion.
