LG plans to invest $103 million to build a liquid crystal production plant in Poland

News September 28th South Korea's LG Electronics (LG Electronics) said the day before, it will invest $103 million to build a factory in Poland, the production of LCD TV and refrigerator.

LG said that since, the plant will produce 500 thousand refrigerators and a total of 3 million 500 thousand LCD TV every year in 2011.

The plant will be built in the southwestern city of Poland, Wroclaw (Wroclaw). In addition, the world's leading manufacturer of LCD LG before 2011, PHILPS also plans to invest $530 million to build a factory here in LCD.

LG PHILPS is LG Electronics and the Holland Royal PHILPS Electronics (Royal Philips Electronics) to establish a joint venture.
