Lasted nearly a year South Korea LED Seoul semiconductor patent case eventually won

South Korea LED Seoul's leading semiconductor manufacturers (SeoulSemiconductorCo.Ltd) announced that the U.S. state of California Central District Court on the basis of "Lanham act" (LanhamAct) and California state law in October 14, 2008 rejected the Nichia Corporation (Nichia) and the American company Nichia semiconductor on the Seoul case of patent infringement litigation.
