Lenovo Group and the bank completed and signed a syndicated loan of $400 million

Legend Group Limited announced on the 13 day, Lenovo and from 12 countries and regions, 20 banks and financial institutions completed and signed a revolving credit and term loans of $400 million.

Lenovo said that the main purpose of the syndicated loan is the group's acquisition of IBM's personal computer business for $600 million loan refinancing, loans for a period of 5 years.

The syndicated loan by the Bank of Holland, Paris bank Hongkong branch, Citigroup, HSBC, ICBC (Asia) Limited and Standard Chartered Bank (Hongkong) Limited is responsible for the arrangement and full underwriting.
