He pointed out that the OLED consensus in the industry, it should be the next generation of major flat panel display technology. National key support for the development of OLED display technology, hoping to master the core technology, and to achieve industrialization, the next generation of flat panel display industry to grasp the initiative in development.

It is understood that China's enterprises to enter the LCD (liquid crystal), PDP (plasma) flat panel display industry time are lagging behind foreign counterparts three years to five years, but in the tablet OLCD this emerging, more market prospects and business opportunities in the display technology, research in the world and China's basic synchronization.

Today, domestic enterprises are also preparing for mass production or expansion of OLED.

Following the Sichuan and Jilin visionox, Changhong universal also announced Changhong launched OLED project, plans to invest 360 million yuan in the OLED production line construction in Chengdu; also in SVA, BOE accelerate the research of OLED.

It is understood that OLED is LCD and PDP display technology is the most favorable competitors and technology alternatives. Data show that, OLED display technology can easily achieve from less than one inch to forty inches above the level of Full HD 1920*1080 resolution display. At the same time, in the plane display technology, OLED has the characteristics of the lowest cost, the most energy saving, the technology is simpler than the liquid crystal technology, and the brightness, contrast and color effect are better. Therefore, some people will OLED display technology as a "perfect" technology.
