Malaysia manufacturers will impact the global LED Market

Recently, Malaysia LED manufacturers in the OSRAM patent infringement on the clear, very confident about the impact of the global LED market is.

LED, a Malaysia based maker of Dominant, accused of infringing by OSRAM, said the ITC, the International Trade Commission, has clarified that the company had no wrongdoing.

June 2004, OSRAM filed a lawsuit against the illegal use of Dominant two technologies. The first patent relates to a single chip white light-emitting. Dominant subsequently filed a counterclaim, claiming that OSRAM unfair competition.
