Maxmim launches serial interface LED driver

MAX6980 serial interface LED driver provides 8 open drain, constant current absorption, rated 36V LED driver output. The device operates from 3V to 5.5V power supply. MAX6980 power supply and LED power supply can be in any order. Constant current output is set by an external resistor, the maximum 55mA.
