According to the announcement, the whole capital subsidiary of Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi Province wood Lin Sen Lighting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangxi Mu Lin Sen") received 150 million yuan from the government subsidized funds, and the above funds have been allocated to the Jiangxi wood forest company account in June 29, 2018.

According to the relevant provisions, the above subsidy belongs to the government subsidy related to the income, and in accordance with the principle of accrual basis, it is confirmed that the income of the outside business is included in the profit and loss of the current period. Hua can optoelectronic (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of hucan Au Optronics Co, received a document from the Yiwu information and photoelectric high tech Zone Management Committee "the notice on the second batch of equipment subsidy for hucan can optoelectronic (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd." (Yi hi [2018] 49), and agreed to allocate hucan can optoelectronic (Zhejiang). The second batch of equipment subsidized by the company is 72 million 895 thousand and 300 yuan, which is a government subsidy related to the assets. The company recognised the subsidy as deferred income at the time of receipt.

In addition, Hua can optoelectronic (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. received the document of the Yiwu information and photoelectric high tech Zone Management Committee "the notice on the subsidy for the development of the industry development of hucan can optoelectronic (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd." (Yi hi [2018] 50) in June 29th, and agreed to pay 12 million 500 thousand yuan for the industry development subsidy of hucan can optoelectronic (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. It is a benefit related government subsidy that the company recognised as an outside income at the time of receipt.

Hucan optoelectronic said that the above subsidy of 85 million 395 thousand and 300 yuan has not been received. An asset related subsidy of $72 million 895 thousand and 300, which will be estimated at 5 million 21 thousand and 900 yuan for the company's pre tax profit in 2018, is expected to be staging into the profit and loss by average of deferred income in accordance with the expected duration of the assets. The income related subsidies of 12 million 500 thousand yuan are expected to have an impact of 12 million 500 thousand yuan on the company's pre tax profit in 2018.
