NDRC: plans to phase out incandescent within three years

China has started to organize the implementation of green lighting project in 1996, and will be included in the "95" and "fifteen" key energy-saving field and "11th Five-Year" ten key energy-saving projects, and promulgated by the way of financial subsidies to promote energy-saving lamps to residential users, bulk users were given 50% and 30% subsidies. Last year, the national promotion of energy-saving lamps 62 million, this year's promotional task will reach 120 million.
