NEC from the European stock market that does not affect the interests of investors

Thursday local time, Japan's NEC company announced that it plans to apply for exit from the London stock market, Holland Amsterdam stock market, Frankfurt stock market and the Swiss stock trading market of the European stock market shares and securities depository receipts.

NEC said it had decided to withdraw from the European stock market. "It would not affect the interests of the shareholders and investors of the company to withdraw from the European stock market, and it will not affect the company's large stock transactions, because the company's stock in the European stock market is very small".

NEC said it would withdraw from the European stock market from January next year.

NEC company noted that its shares will continue in Japan Tokyo stock market, Osaka stock exchange, Nagoya stock exchange, Sapporo stock exchange, Fukuoka stock market and the Nasdaq stock market listing.

In October this year, NEC Electronics President and CEO Kaoru Tosaka due to the loss of the company's semiconductor equipment business has resigned his position.
