The new street lamp system consists of three parts. The researchers use the light utilization rate (OUF) to quantify the performance of the street lamp, the higher the light utilization ratio, the better the performance of street lamp. The results of computer simulation show that the light utilization ratio of the new street lamp system can reach 51% to 81%, which is far more than that of the ordinary street lamp at present. The results show that this method can be used for more than 45%. In addition, compared with the traditional street lamp, the new street lamp has higher brightness, more energy saving, less glare and light pollution.
