New strong photoelectric launched the world's brightest single package, point light source LED

The initial decay rate of lumen output was only 9%. The heat resistance of the PN junction of the emitter to the shell (Rjc) is 0.5 /W, and the thermal resistance (Rca) of the shell to the ambient air is DEG C /W. Because the measured system Rjc is 2.25 /W, the temperature difference between PN junction and ambient air is about 45. By using the system level packaging method, LED PN generated heat can effectively suction through heat pipe, and the aluminum fins spread into the air.
