Vishay CLCC6 ceramic packaging using SMD LED optical efficiency of 35lm/W

The day before, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. launched the industry's first use of CLCC6 ceramic package with high strength, light yellow light yellow and white power SMD LED series. The VLMx61 system provides a very low thermal resistance and high light intensity for thermal sensitive applications.

These VLMK61, VLMY61, and VLMW61 devices in the CLCC6 ceramic package can be implemented to produce maximum optical output with additional current drive while maintaining up to 50000 hours of operating life. The high efficiency of heat dissipation makes CLCC6 a major source of concern for heat accumulation in clusters or matrix designs.

These new LED in the VLMx61 series are optimized for automotive and consumer applications, such as backlighting and lighting. Typical end products include handheld mobile devices; green lights; home appliances, such as washing machines, dryers and refrigerators, as well as external automotive lighting, such as turning lights and brake lights.

All of the devices in this series have a 60 degree half intensity angle, which is compatible with the IR reflow process and conforms to CECC 00802 and J-STD-020C standards. According to the JEDEC LevEL 4A standard pre processing CLCC6 package lead free (Pb), and comply with the RoHS standard and AEC-Q101 certification standards.

Currently, VLMx61 high power SMD LED sample and mass production has been available, bulk orders supply cycle for 6 weeks.
