Nichia LED manufacturers in Taiwan buy shares in guanlei

Two Japanese companies, Nichia chemical company (Nichia) and Hitachi Cable company purchased the Taiwan LED manufacturer (Opto Tech) optitek company 6.4% of the shares. Taiwan LED opto manufacturer company announced two Japanese companies Nichia company (Nichia) and Hitachi Cable company through a private placement to buy 12.8% of the company's total shares optitek. The deal will end on July 29th. LED manufacturer Nichia (Nichia) companies and material suppliers Hitachi Cable company will hold 6.4% of the shares of the company were optitek.

Taiwan guanlei company forecast 2005 Nichia company brand blue LED will ship a total of 50000. First quarter shipments of 50 million, to the fourth quarter will reach 200 million.
