Nichia billion Guangde subsidiary WOFI accused of infringement

Before suing WOFI, Nichia in Germany has filed a patent lawsuit against billion light. In 2012, Nichia indicted billion light and its German subsidiary Everlight Electronics Europe GmbH alleged violations of the European Patent No. EP 936682 (i.e. the German Patent No. DE 69702929), the result is in favor of nichia.

In June 2015 and July respectively, Nichia in Germany are currently Dusseldorf high court hearing in open area on the No. EP 936682 patent infringement litigation, claims the additional two new pieces of the EP 080 and EP053, requested the court to issue a permanent injunction, and put forward relevant books and billion light compensation.
