Nichia in Korea accuses Seoul of semiconductor LED products for patent infringement

LED lighting technology supplier of Seoul semiconductor (Seoul Semiconductor), announced that Japan Nichia chemical industries (Nichia) has filed a lawsuit recently on the Seoul Central District Court, claiming that Seoul semiconductor in the blue chip white LED products (TWH104-HS) in South Korea violated its patent No. 406201st, Seoul semiconductor compensation for infringement.
