North China's largest semiconductor lighting industrialization project put into operation

It is reported that the project will be the semiconductor lighting materials and chip manufacturing as the core, to the package for technical support, promote the development of material, shell, chip to apply as a leader, relying on thirteen in detection and standard platform, the road of independent innovation, speed up technological progress, the formation of Hebei province semiconductor lighting industry chain. According to thirteen senior engineer Zhu Xiaodong said that the project plans in the next three years, built the country's largest, leading technology level, the most comprehensive strength of the semiconductor industry cluster.
