Fifteenth applicants in any of the following circumstances, shall not be registered:

(a) do not have full civil capacity;

(two) did not meet the educational requirements of lighting designers continue to register;

Seventeenth lighting designers registered in one of the following cases, by China Institute of lighting for cancellation procedures, recover the registration certificate or announcement registration certificate invalid:

(three) subject to criminal punishment;

Twenty-second registered lighting designer shall have the following acts:

(a) does not fulfill the obligations of registered lighting designers;

(two) in the process of practice, other interests bribes, accepting bribes or seek the contract costs;

(four) signed a false unqualified file;

(five) to allow others to engage in business activities in its own name;

(six) altered, reselling, leasing, lending or other illegal transfer of qualification certificate, certificate of registration form;

(seven) other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.

Twenty-third concealing relevant information or providing false materials for applying for registration, China lighting society shall not accept or refuse to register, and give a warning, the applicant shall apply for registration within 1 years again.

The third chapter further education

Twenty-fourth to participate in continuing education, improve their professional quality and service level, is the rights and obligations of lighting designers, lighting designers must take the initiative to participate in continuing education. Continuing education is a necessary condition for applying for registration, registration and re registration (hereinafter referred to as registration).
