The application of the national high and new technology industrialization base and the industrialization base of the modern service industry has been received in 2009. The organization of expert review, decided that Beijing aviation and automotive high-tech industrial base 77 bases for the national high-tech industrial base, Zhongguancun that the Beijing modern service industry base 9 bases for the national modern service industry base.

Please strengthen the bases for the development of guidance and support, to promote the agglomeration of knowledge, technology, talents, capital and policy factors, accelerate the industrialization of high-tech achievements; accelerate the formation and development of modern service industry, increase the proportion of high-tech industries and modern service industry in regional economy, promoting the adjustment of regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading; the development of strategic emerging industries, seize the high ground of the future economic development; to strengthen the work of local science and technology, improve the ability of regional innovation system in the service of economic and social development; the practice of technology innovation project, to promote the "talent base project" coordinated development, make new contributions to China's high-tech industry and modern service industry development.
