OLED Universal Display and Pegasus licensing contract

In this agreement, a subsidiary of Display Universal UDC Ireland Limited to provide Tianma microelectronics nonexclusive licensing of patents, including a variety of Universal Display all of the patents, for manufacturing and selling OLED display products.
