OLED overall revenue will grow to $7 billion 100 million in 2016

Due to a large number of terminal applications, organic light emitting diode (OLED) market size rose steadily, OLED has reached $600 million in 2008, the scale of the overall revenue, is expected to grow sharply in 2016, to $7 billion 100 million, a compound annual growth rate of 36%, the whole industry showed rapid growth trend.

In fact, by the terminal industry of all ages, including Samsung (Samsung ELectronics), NOKIA (Nokia), Sony Ericsson (Sony Ericsson) and other well-known brand manufacturers have launched in the first half of 2009, active matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) mobile phone, the first quarter of 2009, global revenues for the first time beyond AMOLED passive matrix organic light emitting diode (PMOLED), and the estimated AMOLED shipments are likely to exceed the size of the PMOLED in 2010.
