OPPLE lighting secretaries resign, CFO took over

OPPLE lighting March 17th evening announcement that the board of directors recently received a written resignation submitted by Mr. Wu Yiming. For personal reasons, Mr. Wu Yiming resigned as secretary of the company's board of directors.

From November 2009 to December 2012 served as chief accountant of Anhui Giti Tire Co. ltd.. January 2013 has served as chief financial officer of OPPLE lighting China, since January 2015, the company's chief financial officer (financial officer).
