According to the announcement, the company mainly engaged in LED epitaxial wafer and chip production, research and development and sales. A project plan by the two parties jointly invest 5 billion yuan (land, building construction and renovation costs including construction investment in equipment), not less than 3 billion yuan, the item company registered capital of not less than 3 billion yuan. In the item company plant construction, decoration completed and has the premise of production conditions, a phase of the project is scheduled for 2018, related equipment installation and commissioning in place, and officially put into operation.
