PHILPS to cooperate with Holland in Africa

PHILPS (Philips) recently announced the signing of a public-private partnership with the Holland government statement (public-private partnership, PPP), the development of cooperation will promote a new generation of LED lighting collocation of solar power system products, which is in sub Saharan Africa (sub-Saharan Africa) and the cooperative project.
