Para Light launched E-Power infrared LED

Para Light recently launched its EP2 and EP4 series high power (E-Power) LED infrared products. The new IR series LED is mainly used for remote control and charge coupled devices (charge-coupled Device, CCD), infrared application systems, smoke detectors, security lighting and a variety of other applications.

The operating current of IR EP2 and EP4 were 350mA and 700mA, and the power consumption was 0.5W and 1.5W, respectively. EP2 provides 10, 30 and 100 degrees of view; EP4 provides a view of 60, 90 and 100 degrees. The series LED operating wavelength is 850, 880 and 940nm, the luminous intensity is between 70mW/sr and 80mW/sr, the forward voltage is between 1.4V and 2.5V.

IR series E-power LED price from 50 cents to $4 (for reference only), authorized customers can obtain samples, supply cycle of 5 weeks.
