Patent pool working group held its first meeting

The meeting reached consensus on the following: the first is on voluntary basis, according to "who participate in the who benefits, not difficult to participate in the benefit" principle, mutual investment, joint establishment of a patent pool, the patent source can be taken voluntary, active alliance member units collected by the working group to apply for a patent pool, supported by the national patent in the voluntary well, consider foreign purchase form; second is to carry out the patent analysis, patent map drawing, establishment of semiconductor lighting patent strategy Chinese, the working group will be combined with technical experts, patent attorney, work together to clear division of responsibility to the people ", from the support of the" 337 investigation "and other similar patent the dispute began responding and finally the construction of patent pool. The work should be carried out step by step, and at the right time to establish the sustainable development mechanism of patent pool. The proposal is reported to the relevant government departments for support.
