Qualcomm to provide broadband wireless Internet equipment provider OFDMA patent license

Qualcomm Corp announced the day before, has been awarded the wireless broadband access technology provider SOMA Networks global user and system equipment patent licensing, development, production and sales of OFDM/OFDMA subscriber unit, modem card and system equipment.

In recent years, wireless broadband market is widespread and growing, evolving wireless standards, as the main member of the WiMAX forum, SOMA Networks needs to provide the necessary patent licensing OFDMA standard to customers.
