Roma show high performance color white LED, launched 1W series products

In March 7, 2006 held in Tokyo Exhibition Center BigSight 10 "JAPAN SHOP 2006", shows the average ram color index (Ra) of white led up to 97.8 (LED) (Figure 1). Mainly for lighting equipment and other fields. According to the CIE based on the color performance of the light source standards, can be used for art galleries and color testing and other lighting purposes 1A.

By improving the phosphor material combined with the blue LED chip, the light emitting diode improves the color evaluation index in the larger color range (Figure 2). For example, when evaluating the average evaluation index, the color of the red color is increased from less than 5 to nearly 100. Package includes a forward current for the bullet and surface mount type 20mA two, the forward current is 150mA, the input power is 0.5W surface mount type, forward current 350mA, input power of 1W and a total of 6 kinds of surface mounting type. Forward current 200mA products are scheduled to be listed in the summer of 2006, 150mA and 350mA products are scheduled to be listed in the second half of 2006. All varieties include the color temperature of 5700K ~ 7100K and 3250K ~ 2600K of the solar light bulb 5 products. According to the average color evaluation index points, in addition to 9.78 of the day's light and color, as well as the sun's color of 95.9, white, warm white, 97, lamp color, and other varieties of 96.7.

In order to improve the average color evaluation index, the combination of green phosphor and red phosphor and blue LED was used.
