Rumors settled TI to $3 billion sale of sensor control business

To stir the industry months of rumors finally ended, TI (Texas Instruments) has agreed to sell its sensor and control business department (Sensors & Controls, Division), the cash transaction price of $3 billion, the buyer is indeed rumors mentioned in the private investment firm Bain Capital (Bain capital).
