Japanese manufacturer SHARP (Sharp) decided to invest 15 billion yen, is expected to be produced in 2010 LCD TV with LED backlight production line.
SHARP plans to produce blue LED in Hiroshima epitaxial wafer factory, the annual production capacity of up to 5 billion. Among them, about 1/3 of the amount used for SHARP tv.
