SONY 07 years purchase at least 1 million Taiwan LCD panel

According to Taiwan media quoted unnamed industry reports, Japan's SONY (Sony) crystal in Taiwan next year (LCD) panel procurement quantity will be at least 1 million, far higher than the $6 billion forecast purchases this year. Reported that Taiwan will become Sony 40 inch LCD TV panel below the main supply.

AU Optronics (2409.TW), CMO (3009.TW) and CPT (2475.TW) as Sony LCD panel suppliers may next year.

SONY report also quoted sources pointed out that the company plans to order more LCD TV panel in Taiwan.

Report and said that the Sony Bravia LCD TV is expected next year global sales will reach 9 million units, 6 million units this year is expected to rise 50%.
