January 12th, IBM, SONY and Toshiba announced, will launch a new period of 5 years of development of technical cooperation project. As a major R & D semiconductor technology alliance, the three companies will be based on the study of advanced technology based on 32 nanometer and more advanced. The agreement will help three companies to quickly complete the investigation, identification and commercialization of new technologies to meet the needs of consumers and other applications.
