SST and Samsung signed 130 nm embedded flash license agreement

Flash technology vendors (Silicon Storage Technology, ultra Jie Inc., SST) and Samsung Electronics announced the day before, the two sides have signed a new licensing agreement, the agreement will provide a deep submicron embedded flash technology advanced for samsung.
