Samsung push white LED backlight notebook panel tentatively launched 08 years

Today, Samsung announced three new LCD notebook display, of which the two is 16:9 widescreen, and the other is a low power consumption of white LED backlight.

Samsung will be held in Yokohama in October 24 to FPD International exhibition held in the exhibition of these three products, hoping that they can make a difference in the notebook market. Two widescreen panel will be launched in the first half of 2008, while the other backlight will have to wait until the second half of 2008.

It is reported that 18.4 inches Widescreen LCD support Full-HD 1920x specification, 8ms reaction time, the contrast reached 800:1. The 16 inch widescreen model supports HD 1366x768 specifications. 15.4 inches of white LED backlight LCD panel is using WXGA screen, the resolution reached 1440x900, contrast of up to 10000:1, brightness of 300cd/m2, when playing video power consumption is only 2W.
