Seoul: four products accused of semiconductor Nichia infringement which only a judge was indeed real infringement

South Korea LED (Seoul Semiconductor) semiconductor manufacturers in Seoul issued a press release announced that the northern California district court, Nichia (Nichia) previously charged four infringing products of the company, only a real tort. According to the press release, confirmed that infringing products for the United States in the sale of mobile phone backlight source with "side view LED 902", and the product has been discontinued.

Seoul semiconductor, Nichia American design patent has no effect, has asked the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to review the litigation involving four patents. Nichia patent design the same in December 2006 by South Korean Intellectual Property Office determined invalid.

Foreign reports, Seoul semiconductor has on 6 November, the Dezhou federal court dizhuang accused Japan of LED maker Nichia chemical industries (Nichia Corp.) against the semiconductor technology patents, said its use without consent of the company in the United States patent 2 LCD production.
