Seoul semiconductor and European TOE company to reach a cross licensing agreement

South Korea LED (Seoul Semiconductor Co. semiconductor maker Seoul Ltd) recently announced that the Seoul Tridonic Atco OptoELectronics GmbH with the European semiconductor (TOE) and its partners will use white LED phosphor silicate, reach a cross licensing agreement.
