Seoul semiconductor xiangriya to sue for libel claims $531 thousand

The light emitting diode (LED) environmental protection Seoul semiconductor lighting technology manufacturer, with Nichia Corporation (Nichia) on the United States Court in the Northern District of California design patent case "(design patent cases in the United States) made a statement, in the Seoul Central District Court (Central District Court in Seoul, Korea) xiangriya company proposed libel suits, claims 500 million won ($531 thousand) in damages.

The company insists that violations of the United States is Nichia design patent products, 902 models, for mobile phone screen backlight, the thickness of only 0.7mm side light LED products. Notice of termination of the product has been published to the public earlier.
