South Korean patent court verdict: Seoul, South Korea, the creative rights of the semiconductor invalid

In June 10th 08, Nichia announced that South Korea patent trial institute make a ruling on the Nichia chemical industry and Seoul of Korea semiconductor creative rights lawsuit in May 22, 2008, Seoul semiconductor creative right invalid.

The lawsuit is Nichia in July 24th in 07 years of Seoul semiconductor. Nichia claims, "Seoul semiconductor creative right (Registration No. 364186th) and Nichia had publicly creative (design right registration Bulletin No. 294490th, No. second is similar to that of similar) should be regarded as invalid".
