With the completion of the two projects, crystal Cham technology will be built in Central China, Southern China, the largest packaging test production base. It is understood that the crystal Cham science and technology have been built the first 15 thousand square meters factory in Jiangxi, the first phase of chip packaging and testing production line has been put into operation at the same time, 40 thousand square meters of wafer manufacturing factory has officially started construction, the factory uses 0.18um process technology, the production of 8 inch wafer chip products.

Crystal Cham science and Technology (Nanchang) Co., Ltd. to build the crystal Cham science and Technology Industrial Park, with a total investment of $850 million, the construction of two phases. Is the implementation of a total investment of $200 million, the construction area of 140 thousand square meters, the main building of 8 inch wafer packaging testing center, an annual output of 360 thousand pieces of 8 inch wafer production line, and the formation of more than 3 related consumer electronic products production line. After the completion of the two phase of the project, crystal Cham science and Technology Industrial Park will form an annual output capacity of 8 inch wafers 700 thousand.

According to reports, after the completion of the first phase of the project, crystal Cham science and Technology Industrial Park will be formed in Central China, Southern China's largest 8 inch wafer packaging test production base.
